📄 Passport Requirements

• Original passport with:

📝 UK Visa Application Form

• Completed and signed online visa application (VAF)

• Appointment booking confirmation from TLScontact/VFS

📸 Photo Specifications

• One recent passport-size photograph

• Size: 35mm x 45mm, white background, no border

• Must not be older than 6 months

• Should not be scanned or used in any previous visa

📨 Covering Letter

• From the applicant stating:

  • Name, designation, passport number

  • Purpose and duration of visit

  • Who will bear the travel expenses

• Addressed to:
  The Visa Officer, UK Visas and Immigration, British High Commission, Dhaka

📩 Invitation Letter (If Applicable)

• From the UK host (with name, address, contact, passport/visa copy)

📝 Forwarding Letter / NOC

• From employer or educational institute:

  • On official letterhead

  • Must mention applicant’s position, leave approval, and visit details

💼 Proof of Occupation

• Office ID card copy and visiting card

• Trade license or company registration certificate (for business owners)

💳 Financial Documents

• Personal bank statements for last 6 months

• Salary slips (if applicable)

• Tax return or financial summary (recommended)

• Flight itinerary

• Hotel booking confirmation
