📄 Passport Requirements

• Original passport with:

  • Minimum 6 months validity after intended departure date

  • At least 2 blank pages for visa stamp

• Copies of previous passports and visas (if any)

• Attach all old passports (if applicable)

• If any visa was refused, provide the original refusal letter (preferred)

📝 Visa Application Form

• Must be completed and signed by the applicant

📸 Photo Specifications

• Two recent passport-size photos (matte or semi-matte finish)

• 60–80% face coverage

• White background, no border

• Size: 35mm x 45mm

• Photos must be:

  • Taken within last 3 months

  • Not scanned or stapled

  • Not used in any previous visa applications

📨 Covering Letter

• From applicant stating:

  • Name, designation, passport number

  • Purpose of visit

  • Responsible party for all trip expenses (travel, accommodation, etc.)

• Addressed to:
  The Visa Officer, Embassy of Canada, Dhaka

📩 Invitation Letter

• From Canadian host (if available)

📝 Forwarding Letter / NOC

• From employer on company letterhead stating:

  • Applicant’s name, designation, passport number

  • Purpose and duration of visit

• For students:

  • Visa request letter from educational institute or student card/enrollment evidence

💼 Proof of Occupation

• If first-time traveler or proprietor:

  • Company registration certificate (original notarized English translation + photocopy)

• Office ID card copy and visiting cards

💳 Financial Documents

• Company or personal bank statements for last 6 months (showing bank name and contact)

• Salary slips for last 6 months (if available)
